Ariane Laezza has worked in the luxury, hospitality and entertainment industries, producing multiple brand and user experiences abroad a wide range of sectors. Philip Sywash

Phil Sywash has produced and project managed complex technical developments as well as commercial print, web and television work. He has experience in taking multi-faceted projects from idea stage to completion, on time and budget.

He has produced work for Diamler Chrysler, Mercedes, Prestige Living Magazine, Land Rover and the PGA of America. He has also worked on multiple Dubai Real Estate development projects through out 2012.

PROBLEM

This exquisite Hallandale Beach, FL property—comprised of a horse racetrack, a casino, boutique shops, and restaurants—was in need of a brand and communication strategy that would attract High Net Worth individuals, as their service offering could not depend on nearby catchment areas for business.

PROBLEM

Adena Club is a high end Golf and Country Club that has been recently launched by billionaire Frank Stronach. Rooted in horse country, Ocala Fl it features an 18 hole course already regarded top four new courses 2015 by GolfDigest.

On top of it’s Golf prowess, Adena Club is a fantastic social club, with luxurious amenities and a respect for the best food and wine. Sounds great, but the problem is, how to get UHNW individuals to hear about it.
