This exquisite Hallandale Beach, FL property—comprised of a horse racetrack, a casino, boutique shops, and restaurants—was in need of a brand and communication strategy that would attract High Net Worth individuals, as their service offering could not depend on nearby catchment areas for business.
After sifting through data, we understood a major problem existed within the cross-selling between the gaming and leisure side of the development. This meant that our share of wallet was much less and people were spending elsewhere for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
